What we do
Construction and interior design in Burgas — the full cycle
We do not pass clients between subcontractors. One team designs, builds and finishes the work — so quality stays under control from beginning to end.
Interior solutions
Complete interior fit-out: plasterboard, lighting, suspended ceilings, partition walls, bespoke furniture and furnishing.
Renovations
Roofing, installations, screeds, claddings, windows and joinery. Residential and commercial properties.
Structural works
Structures, masonry, plumbing, electrical installations, earthworks. We build from foundations to roof.
Design and visualisation
Concept design, working drawings for every discipline, 3D visualisations — before a single nail goes in.
Facade cladding
Thermal insulation, claddings, stone finishes, railings and curtain walls. Aesthetics and energy efficiency.
Exterior solutions
Landscaping, paths and terraces, pools, fencing and landscape design for the grounds around the building.
Our process
Three steps to your finished home
No surprises and no hidden costs. We know every phase of the building process — which is why we can guide you confidently from the start through to the keys.
How we workMeeting and design
We listen to your needs, survey the property and prepare a concept with drawings and visualisations.
Construction
Our own team carries out all the works — one person responsible, no handovers between subcontractors.
Handover
We inspect the property together, resolve every snag and hand you the keys.
