36 years of craftsmanship in Burgas
Founded in 1990 as the sole trader „Iridon”, the company went through three decades of growth to become IZZIDA Ltd — an established family business offering a full cycle of construction and design services.
We do not hand clients over between subcontractors. We design, build and finish the work ourselves — so quality stays under our control at every stage. We work mainly in Burgas and the Burgas region: Sozopol, Nesebar, Pomorie, Chernomorets and the surrounding villages.
Our principles
The values we build with
One team
Zero handovers between subcontractors — one responsible site manager from beginning to end.
Transparency
A clear contract and an itemised bill of quantities with no hidden clauses. We say upfront what could be done better or cheaper.
Craftsmanship
36 years of experience in every detail — we would rather decline a project than fall below our own standard.
